A. Macy Consulting is an independent practice built for communities where a few people do it all. We fix the processes that slow your team down and build practical AI tools that fit the way you already work.

I’m Abe Macy. I work in local government as a management analyst, where I lead cross-department projects and build technology tools that improve project tracking, resident services, and day-to-day administration. I also develop AI-assisted applications professionally, and I hold a B.S. in Public Management and Policy from the University of Arizona, with a Master of Public Administration in progress.
